I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in medical challenges such as cancer or other life-altering diagnoses, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I am skilled in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) including Mindfulness Based CBT and Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Non-Violent Communication, Narrative and Narrative Exposure Therapy to name just a few.
I am a very solution oriented therapist which means that I want to help you create more of the life you want to be living by learning new ways to process or view your past, present and future. I believe that your answers lie within you and I get the honor of helping you discover and uncover your passion and motivation.
